1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by DGL Expansion LLC ("Sponsor"), the company behind the VYLARO brand.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry period
The entry period begins To be announced and ends To be announced. Entries submitted outside the entry period will not be accepted. Sponsor's system clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter
Complete the entry form on the VYLARO giveaway page with your first name, email address and state of residence, and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Duplicate, automated, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win.
5. Prize
1 winner will receive one VYLARO Ropeless Battle Rope Set. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is offered, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all valid entries received during the entry period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor after the entry period closes. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or if the notification is undeliverable or the winner is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received during the entry period.
8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.
9. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is used to administer this giveaway and, where you opted in, to send VYLARO marketing emails you may unsubscribe from at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
10. General conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, suspend or modify the giveaway if it cannot be run as planned.
