Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to submit: first name, email address and state of residence for giveaway entries; first name and email address for list signups; and name, email address, subject, reason and message for contact submissions. We also record whether you gave marketing consent and when.
How we use information
We use this information to administer giveaways and notify winners, to respond to your messages, and — only where you opted in — to send VYLARO launch news, workouts, offers and product updates. Entry information is not used for marketing unless you check the marketing consent box.
Email and service providers
Marketing email may be delivered through third-party email service providers such as Klaviyo. Our website, database and file storage are operated through our hosting and backend providers. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.
Unsubscribing
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, and doing so does not affect a giveaway entry you have already submitted.
Data retention
Giveaway entries are retained for the period needed to administer the giveaway, select and verify a winner and keep required records. Subscriber records are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Contact messages are retained until the inquiry is resolved and for a reasonable period afterward.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted by contacting us through the contact page.
Children
VYLARO does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Giveaway entry is limited to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older.
Security
Access to submitted information is restricted to authorized administrators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
